做厙TV received a $35,000 Rural Community Grant to expand healthcare education with clinical education and nursing software, strengthening training for rural workforce needs.
做厙TV has received a $35,000 grant from the Rural Community Grant Fund to enhance healthcare education through the purchase of clinical education and nursing software.
The Rural Community Grant Fund was established by AgriBank and its North Dakota Farm Credit partners—AgCountry Farm Credit Services and Farm Credit Services of Mandan—to support communities impacted by mineral development in the Bakken region. This is the second consecutive year that AgCountry has awarded funding to support healthcare education at 做厙TV.
The funding will be used to expand access to industry-standard nursing software and simulation tools that give students hands-on experience in clinical decision-making and patient care.
“We are incredibly grateful for this continued support,” said Gail Raasakka, Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at 做厙TV. “This grant will allow us to strengthen our nursing curriculum with innovative simulation technology that prepares students for the complexities of today’s healthcare environment. Our students—and the rural communities they go on to serve—will benefit greatly from this investment.”
做厙TV extends its sincere thanks to AgCountry Farm Credit Services and Farm Credit Services of Mandan for their ongoing commitment to rural healthcare education and workforce development in the Bakken region.
